Requirements for the position of Sales Manager for the B2C crypto platform ngx.pro in the USA
General responsibilities:
• Management of the full cycle of sales of crypto products and services on the B2C platform.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer volume and revenue.
• Negotiating with potential clients and supporting existing clients.
• Monitoring and analysis of the cryptocurrency market to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Drawing up reports on sales results and providing recommendations for their improvement.
Experience:
• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the cryptocurrency industry.
• Experience in the B2C segment and online sales is an advantage.
Knowledge and skills:
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies.
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, main players and products.
• Skills in using CRM systems and other sales management tools.
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
•Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Personal qualities:
• Result-oriented and proactive.
• High level of self-organization and self-discipline.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
Language skills:
• English - Intermediate+
• Conversational Russian or Kazakh for communication with company staff
• Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
