What you need to do: 🔹 Communicate - verbally and in writing. Work with customers who left an application on the website or in social networks. 🔹 Advise customers on technical issues of the purchase process. 🔹 Fill in information about customers in the HubSpot CRM system. 🔹 Conduct and analyze sales analytics (WooCommerce, Google Sheets) Your future KPIs:⭐ The number of incoming leads per day is 15 pcs. The number of outgoing calls per day is 20 (callbacks). The average call duration is 3-5 minutes.
