Requirements for a candidate:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Executive with at least 2 year of experience in B2B software services sales/consulting
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Ability to sell outsourcing and outstaffing services to different client segments
• Availability of profitable deals for amounts over $100k
• Experience in designing sales decks
• Experience with CRM
• Ability to explain the business models of Software and Staffing Agencies;
• Ability to articulate stages of the SDLC;
• You are a strong negotiator who can influence and persuade
It will be an advantage:
• Technical background in IT service/product company
• Public speaking experience;
• Business Analysis, IT - consulting background
The candidate must have the following qualities:
• Communication skills
• Responsibility and ability to work for results
• Ability to explain complex things in simple terms
Responsibilities:
• Sell outsource and outstaff services to different segments of clients
• Market analysis and competitor data collection
• Develop sales strategies in accordance with company goals
• Regularly develop skills related to the client’s industry to better understand it
• Manage proposals, opportunities and transactions by coordinating internal and external stakeholders
• Present and offer solutions to clients
• Make key decisions in a short time
• Maintain current CRM records
