Our ideal candidate: Our ideal sales manager is someone who has experience in business development, sales or marketing, and who deals not only with closing deals, but also with developing them into long-term partnerships. He is a master communicator, fluent in English, and as good at communicating with potential clients as he is at keeping the team motivated and focused. This person has an excellent understanding of what is relevant in the market and the ability to turn these insights into action, always keeping us one step ahead and our clients in good hands. Requirements: - Experience in establishing and developing partnerships, with an emphasis on increasing revenues. - Exceptional negotiation skills , persuasion and networking. - Confidence, consistency and persistence in responding to objections, with the ability to demonstrate the benefits of the product from different angles. - High organizational and communication skills that allow you to work effectively with different teams. - Advanced command of the English language, necessary for communication in international business environment. - Advanced knowledge of the Polish language will be a plus. - Previous work experience in marketing agencies will be an advantage. Responsibilities: - Market analysis and identification of new business opportunities for the agency. - Development and implementation of sales strategies to attract new clients and retention of existing ones.- Organizing and conducting presentations and negotiations with potential and existing customers, demonstrating the value and benefits of our services.- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance indicators to ensure achievement of objectives and identifying areas for improvement.- Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies.- Constantly stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions and competitive actions to adjust strategies.
