Sales Manager responsibilities:
- Managing the sales pipeline;
- Product presentation and negotiations with potential clients;
- Legal and technical onboarding of new clients;
- Delegating new customers to account/project managers once onboarding is complete;
- Effective interaction with the team to develop and prepare optimal solutions under the needs of the customer.;
- Maintain an Accurate Database of Customer and Prospect Information
- Keeping up to date with the administration activities, related to the prices and sales.
- Verification of orders, including customer personal information and payment details.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records through CRM.
- Preparing monthly sales reports.
- Directing feedback from clients to the appropriate departments.
- Identifying new services that can be added to existing ones.
- Support the sales team with other administrative tasks as requested.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales administration/manager or a similar role for 2 years.
- Collecting, organizing, and filing sales pipelines with leads and deals using different sales channels: Upwork, Linkedin, DesignRush, Dribble, and others
- Creation of service presentations to potential client
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience with industry software and CRMs (Zoho).
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English - B2+ (Upper intermediate and above)
