Job Requirements

▪ 3+ years of experience in IT outsourcing, outstaffing, or product companies
▪ Proven experience managing the full outbound sales cycle
▪ Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English
▪ Strong computer skills and familiarity with task management tools
▪ Quick learner with excellent communication and analytical skills
▪ Experience with business trips is a plus
▪ Must be highly result-driven

Responsibilities

▪ Develop an ideal client profile through lead qualification, segmentation, and profiling
▪ Collaborate with the lead generation manager to design effective outreach campaigns
▪ Utilize LinkedIn and similar platforms to identify and engage potential clients
▪ Create and update essential sales materials
▪ Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
▪ Attend industry events to network and generate leads
▪ Maintain and update the lead database, pipeline, and forecasting tools
▪ Understand and utilize automated lead generation tools
