Paysaxas is a company that creates innovative solutions in the financial services industry. We aim to facilitate financial transaction processes for corporate clients by providing them access to convenient and reliable smart payment system.

Currently, we are expanding our team and looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.

About your key responsibilities and impact:

• Initiating contact with potential clients through LinkedIn/Messengers/Phone calls to generate interest in the company’s products or services;
• Identifying client’s needs based on the ICP(Ideal Client Profile);
• Providing and passing brief information regarding the prospect to business development managers;
• Assisting the sales team in converting leads to customers by providing technical and product expertise;
• Providing feedback to marketing teams based on client interactions and needs;
• Reaching out of cold/warm bases of potential B2B clients.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in selling fintech products in international markets;
• Knowledge and understanding of the financial services (B2B payments, crypto, payment providers) and the main competitors;
• Experience in cold calling;
• Ability to build mutual understanding;
• Activity, initiative, ability to listen and hear the client, conduct successful negotiations;
• Result orientation, inclination to analyze it and willingness to take responsibility for it;
• Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level of English.
