Sales Manager in Job Advice Agency

For more than 5 years, our recruiting agency has been helping IT companies in Ukraine and Europe to find and hire talented IT specialists. We have more than 15 people in the staff, who are involved in the search and selection process, aimed at meeting the needs of customers and our own growth. Among our customers are such well-known companies as Nova Poshta, DataArt, Detek, RabotaUa, Sigma Software and other leading IT company. Our agency has an open vacancy for a specialist in the sales department. We are actively expanding into European markets and are looking for a talented person to develop this direction. The main responsibilities include: Actively searching for clients in Europe to provide IT recruiting services; Using tools such as Linkedin and e-mail to attract companies; Drafting letters for potential customers and leading them to contact by phone; Analysis of different strategies and their implementation in practice; Development and testing of new methods of finding customers. Requirements: Experience in finding IT customers; Experience in working with Linkedin and e-mail to attract customers; Excellent command of English language at the Upper Intermediate level and above. It will be a plus: Understanding the essence of IT recruiting as a service.
