Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
— Finding and attracting new clients
— Personal client management
— Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly targets
— Working within CRM systems
— Quality management of connected clients
— Client outreach via messengers, various services, and calls

Requirements:
— At least 6 months of experience in B2B sales
— Good English speaker (B2+)
— Experience with CRM systems
— Ability to handle objections
— Ability to listen and understand clients
— Desire for professional and career growth
— Persistence and initiative are highly valued
— Understanding that a high salary requires hard work

Conditions:
— Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
— Paid training period
— Salary consists of a base rate + KPIs
— Regular salary reviews
— Company-paid foreign language courses
— Participation in major conferences at the company’s expense
