Your responsibilities: Working with the customer base; Attracting new customers; Working with the SRM system, IR telephony, scripts. What is important to us: Experience in B2C, B2B sales from the 1st year; Knowledge of sales stages and understanding of how to properly lead a client by stages; A proactive, decisive person who knows how to clearly convey his position; Empathy, the ability to hear the client, not just sell a product; Lack of fear of rejections, perceiving them as challenges; What we offer: Market salary consisting of a fixed rate + % of sales In the first month of work, the manager receives UAH 25,000. The average salary of a sales manager is UAH 30,000.
