What We Are Looking For:

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth by closing high-value deals. This role is pivotal to our success, ensuring that potential leads are converted into satisfied clients who benefit from our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales closing process by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all contractual agreements meet both client and company expectations.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Proficient in spoken English.

  • Additional Advantages:
  • Knowledge of two or more foreign languages is a plus.
