What is important for us: Experience in B2B sales from 1 year; Knowledge of the stages of sales and understanding how to properly guide the client through the stages in order to conclude a deal; Empathy, the ability to hear the client, not just sell the product; Lack of fear of rejections, acceptance of them as challenges; Customer orientation, i.e. try to cover the customer's need with the company's product, not just sell.
