Responsibilities: 1. Building long-term relationships with clients — incoming applications (phone and messengers)2. Maintaining a CRM system for tracking all work tasks. 3. Support of the company's interests when concluding agreements with franchisee partners. 4. Providing advice and support to franchisee partners in the process of business development. 5. Monitoring and analysis of franchise sales results, development of recommendations to improve efficiency. 6. Work with scripts and sales stages to improve results. 7. Closing the sales plan. Requirements: 1. Experience in sales or franchise management will be a big plus. 2. High level of communication and negotiation skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve set goals. 4. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.5.
