We specialize in cleaning services for Houses, Apartments, and Offices as well as a bunch of additional services so there are quite a lot of opportunities for an upsell. We are a Result-Driven company, so we took an ambitious challenge to grow x3.5 times in 2024. Baseline requirements:1+ years in Sales (preferably North American market)Experience with a CRM system (Hubspot ideally)Understanding the Sales Pipeline conceptProficient in writing your scripts, uncovering real customer concerns & resolving them, and of course closing your salesAchieving monthly sales KPIsHigh proficiency in English is a no-brainer here :) Here is what we expect from you on an everyday basis:Making multiple calls to warm leads or selling them through messages or chatLeading proactive communication with potential customers through calls, texts, emails, and chatsCorrectly reflecting customer’s activities in the CRM system (Hubspot)Properly organize the cleaning crew’s workload in our Scheduling system based on agreements with the customerBe a support for our cleaners as well as our clients when there is a need to resolve any issue for themBe a multitasker who can prioritize tasks by their importanceJumping on every opportunity and using them to their maximum capacity to make a saleSo aside from technical skillset, there should be a proper mindset to work with WellClean — we must share common values so everyone can benefit from our cooperation:Be the best at what we do on an everyday basisContinuous improvement and sharpening of our sales skillsSpeaking out if something wrong in the process, services, or companyAlways do the right thing
