What you will need to do: A period of adaptation in the company. Getting to know the company's structure. Studying the company's business processes. Positioning and studying the pricing policy. Studying the assortment and product groups. Development of the existing "warm" customer base. Search and attraction of customers. After the adaptation period: Active search and attraction of customers (work with online stores and retail chains) Attracting potential customers from the existing "warm" base of contacts to cooperation.
