Responsibilities

• Qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline on CRM
• Diligently handle incoming leads and schedule discovery meetings
• Understand the prospect’s needs, present our services, overcome objections, tailor solutions for each prospect and ultimately close the sale
• Reviewing the current leads database to following them up
• Working with leads and converting them to clients

Requirements and skills:

• A candidate shall have a proven track record and a strong sales background
• Fluent English
• Experience in IT companies as a sales manager
• Ability to negotiate competently
• Competent correspondence management
• Business awareness
• Successful closing of contracts
• Ability to demonstrate and execute effective sales strategies.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship development skills.
• Highly organized and able to plan for short, medium, and long-term objectives.

What we have for you:
