Job Description:

We are currently seeking an excellent communicator to join our sales team. This role is vital in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience with our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultancy to clients, guiding them through product options and solutions.

• Respond to incoming emails and chat inquiries from customers.

• Listen to customer requirements and present our products in a way that meets their needs.

• Follow established sales procedures to ensure consistency and quality.

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through regular email communication.

• Escalate and resolve standard and non-standard issues effectively.

Requirements:

• Advanced level of English proficiency.
