Duties: Development and implementation ofthe company’s sales strategy toattract new customers and expand business; Work with the existing areas ofthe company and their further development, launch and development ofnew business areas; Finding and establishing partnerships with international agencies and event organizers; Creation and management ofthe sales department; Planning and implementation ofstrategic and tactical marketing ofthe company, planning and implementation ofmarketing activities toincrease the visibility ofthe company and attract new customers; Achieving planned financial results. Creating and maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction. Requirements: Proven skills insales management, including integrated selling, strategic planning and customer relationship management; Successful sales department building andHR experience, including employee motivation; Experience inlaunching projects inEurope (knowledge ofthe international event organization market, trends and network ofcontacts will beaplus) Excellent communication skills and the ability toeffectively negotiate and conclude contracts; Willingness totravel and work inaninternational environment; Responsibility, organization, analytical and problem-oriented skills.
