We are looking for an energetic and proactive B2C Sales Manager

for large and interesting projects - generation of sales ideas, preparation, launch of large-scale sales campaigns and much more, including simple tasks - to prepare a report, communicate with a potential client according to a ready-made script, consult the client, etc.

We will definitely help at all stages, but it will take a lot of learning and work.

• have experience in B2C sales,

What you will get:

What you need to do:
• 🔹 Communicate orally and in writing. In the chat on the website, messengers, by IP telephony, on Instagram live, not in office language
• 🔹 Help interested customers to buy a course. Work with customers who have left an application on the website or in social networks.
• 🔹 Advise customers on technical issues of the purchase process.
• 🔹 Fill in information about customers in the HubSpot CRM system.

• 🔹 Conduct and analyze sales analytics (WooCommerce, Google Sheets)

Your future KPIs:

• ⭐Quantity incoming leads per day - 15 pcs.
• ⭐Number of outgoing calls per day - 20 (callbacks).
• ⭐Average call duration 3-5 minutes.
• ⭐Average check - $280.
• ⭐Sales turnover, minimum - $4000.

What is required from you:< /p>

• 🔸Experience in a similar position;
• 🔸Ability to effectively use the information received from the interlocutor in negotiations;
