You’ll connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and establish long-term relationships, positioning Eleken astheir go-to solution. Your Role &Adventure: Lead Nurturing: Actively engage and nurture both inbound and outbound leads, ensuring they’re aware ofEleken’s value proposition. Sales Calls: Participate injoint sales calls with the Head ofSales. Asyou gain experience, you’ll independently handle sales calls, tailoring your pitch toindividual client needs. Post-Call Engagement: After initial sales discussions, follow-up with potential clients, offering them resources, blog posts, oradditional solutions that might pique their interest and encourage them tocommence atrial withus. CRMMaestro: Maintain and update our CRM, ensuring accurate data recording and lead tracking. Multichannel Engagement: Connect with leads through various platforms including Slack, LinkedIn, and email. Use these channels effectively toengage, re-engage, and followup. Retargeting: Reconnect with old clients and lapsed leads, reminding them ofEleken’s evolving offerings. Strategic Partnerships: Actively search for partnership opportunities that could drive mutual growth. Evaluate potential partners and initiate conversations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments toensure alignment instrategies and togather insights that can aid insales processes. What weare looking for: Hard Skills: Fluent English (C1): Both written and spoken. Sales Background: Atleast one year ofexperience inany sales role. CRMKnowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools and documenting sales processes. Soft Skills: Proactive: You don’t wait for things tohappen; you make them happen. Positive: Acan-do attitude that lifts upthe whole team. Curious: Always eager tolearn and grow. Communicative: You express your ideas clearly and understand the power oflistening. Open-minded: Ready totake onfeedback and always looking for ways toimprove. Team Player: You play well with others and believe incollaborative success.
