The SHABO Wine Culture Center is a unique cultural and tourist space where visitors get to know winemaking traditions, modern winemaking technologies and art tastings.

We invite to the team a Sales manager of tourist and excursion services (SMM).

 Main responsibilities:

Sales and development of the tourist destination:

• Search and attraction of new customers (work with a warm and cold base).
• Work with travel agencies, corporate clients and organized groups.
• Formation and management of the customer base.
• Consulting customers regarding excursion programs, tastings and events of the Wine Culture Center.
• Analysis of feedback from visitors and improvement of customer service.

SMM and promotion:

• Creation of text and visual content (photos, videos, stories, reels).
• Monitoring comments and messages, communication with subscribers.
• Participation in the promotion of events and activities of the Wine Culture Center.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of publications and preparing reports.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in sales of services or tourism will be an advantage.
• Experience in attracting customers through social networks.
• Skills in working with social networks and analytics tools.
• Experience in creating content and working with visuals.
• Skills in working with graphics and video editors (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.).
• Competent oral and written language.
• Creativity, responsibility and organization.
• Communication and customer orientation.
