Sales manager in Fresh Boks

FreshBox is a stable trading company that specializes in the import of frozen meat to Ukraine and wholesale sales. It invites an active and purposeful Sales Manager to its team to develop the client base and increase sales.

Work format: Office

Location: 5-10 minm Zhytomyrska / Svyatoshyn 

Work schedule: full-time, Mon-Fri (9:00-17:00)

Duties:

• Active search and attraction of new customers (B2B segment: HoReCa, retail, distributors, processing enterprises).
• Negotiations, preparation of commercial offers and conclusion of contracts.
• Maintenance and development of relations with existing customers.
• Control of order fulfillment, logistics and receivables.
• Market monitoring, competitor analysis and implementation of effective sales strategies.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in food sales (preferably in the field of frozen products) from 2 years.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Knowledge of the meat and fish market products will be an advantage.
• Active life position, responsibility, result-oriented.
• Ability to work with CRM systems and a confident PC user.
