That is why right now, in the period of active development and scaling, we are looking for a wholesale sales manager for the team - an energetic, ambitious, charismatic, responsible and purposeful specialist, with a thirst for victory, who likes to work with people, knows how to build long-term partnerships and wants to grow together with a stable company, increasing his income and the income of the Company. with love for his business, has been working on the spice wholesale market since 2009, that is, this year we are already 17. During this time, we have come a long way: from a small team to a stable business that has respect and trust among customers, partners and even competitors.

We are especially proud that that even in the last years, which are so difficult for our country, we are growing and developing, creating new jobs and providing decent working conditions and wages.

This is our growth rate:

  • 2009 — 5 employees
  • 2015 - 12 employees
  • 2020 - 41 employees
  • 2026 - 65 employees!

What you will do:

  • Work with clients (active clients, that are active, but we understand that the main task of the Manager is the constant search for new Clients)
  • Develop the base, look for new "stars"
  • Keep reporting
  • Form shipments
  • Control accounts receivable.

We see in this position a person who knows how to:

  • establish contact and ask the right questions to identify the main need of the client (talk, gather information),
  • effectively conduct negotiations both on the phone and in a meeting (establish communication with people and possess the gift persuasion),
  • quickly navigate and find product and price arguments (possess the techniques of bypassing refusals and working with objections).

It's also cool if you have the ability to self-organize (know how not to lose a resource), self-presentation and public speaking.

  1. Salary: UAH 50,000 - 80,000 (rate + %)

Where we are:

The office is located on the Left Bank (Zakrevsky Street). Modern, open space equipped with everything necessary for comfortable work (15 minutes from Darnytsia, Chernihivska metro station), tea and coffee are always available in our kitchen. We have a cozy and friendly, almost family atmosphere.

Work schedule: Monday-Thursday from 08.00 to 17.00, on Friday we work until 15.45! But our Managers have scheduled business trips for 1 day (in order to establish contact with Clients).
