Who we are looking for
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager who can combine active B2B customer search with professional maintenance and development of existing accounts. You will work with international companies, develop client accounts, build long-term partnerships and directly influence the financial growth of the company.
Main duties
Active search and attraction of new clients, expansion of the client base databases.
Managing client accounts: identifying client needs and selecting optimal solutions.
Building long-term partnerships and supporting clients at all stages of cooperation.
Working with objections, advising clients on company services, preparing individual commercial proposals.
Executing sales plans and achieving KPI.
Organization and management of the sales funnel in the CRM system.
Communication with clients through messengers, phone calls, e-mail and specialized platforms.
Our ideal candidate
Experience in sales from 2 years or proven experience in the field of VoIP.
English language level B2+ (for international communication).
Fluent command of Ukrainian and Russian languages (necessary for communication with clients).
Confident use of CRM systems and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
Developed skills in negotiation, active listening and dealing with objections.
Orientation on results, self-organization and proactivity.
Ambition for professional growth with management potential team in the future.
