Our dedicated business lines implement recommendation projects from specialists and managers for clients and provide technological support to companies by providing IT project teams.
We are currently also developing our own technological product, the beneficiaries of which are distribution and production centers and other places where efficiency is crucial.
Your main tasks:
- Sale of HR services, such as temporary work, permanent recruitment, in the subordinate area (in accordance with the agreed territorial division) through face-to-face meetings, online, telephone and e-mail contact.
- Preparing offers and calculations for temporary work, outsourcing and permanent recruitment services.
- Participating in and preparing tender documents in response to commercial inquiries and identified business needs.
- Negotiating commercial terms and signing business cooperation agreements
- Achieving individual and team goals and ongoing monthly, quarterly and half-yearly monitoring of their implementation.
- Participation in fairs, conferences and other events promoting Human Group services, etc.
- Monitoring and analysis of market data regarding the segment, competition activities and sales results.
- Preparing sales reports, including the status of budget implementation
- Actively tracking market trends and indicating directions of changes and towards building a competitive advantage.
- Ensuring a high level of HG service and the satisfaction of all stakeholders in the service provided
- Expanding business cooperation with new services for current clients
Our requirements:
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar position in an employment or recruitment agency.
- Ability to reach decision-makers.
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term business contacts.
- Openness to changes and close cooperation with the Recruitment, Operations, Marketing, HR and Analysis Departments.
- Focus on personal development and willingness to improve professional qualifications.
- Systematic and consistent work with the CRM system.
- Knowledge of English allowing for free communication (preferred).
