The Technofinance company invites a Sales Manager (secured lending) to the team. We are looking for an active and responsible specialist who will work with customers, advise on credit terms and support the process of issuing collateral loans.
Duties:
1. Sales and work with customers
- Conducting the full cycle of sales of credit products under collateral — from the first contact to issuing funds.
- Consulting clients on credit terms, requirements for deposit, terms and stages of registration.
- Identifying the client's needs, arguing the product's advantages.
- Guiding the client to the conclusion of the deal, supporting maximum conversion at all stages.
2. Processing of incoming and outgoing flow - Processing of incoming requests: calls, messengers, website, CRM.
- Outgoing calls on leads, requests and the existing database.
- Execution of daily communication standards: calls, messages, follow-up, emails.
3. Initial assessment of collateral - Basic assessment of collateral property: cars, real estate, valuable assets.
- Coordinating the value of the collateral with the appraiser or risk department.
- Checking the client's documents and property.
4. Document management and support of agreements - Formation and preparation of a package of documents for issuing a loan.
- Maintaining current information and statuses in CRM.
- Control of the correctness of documents before issuance.
- Support of the client until the moment of receipt of funds.
5. Working with objections and refusals - Professional processing of objections and doubts of customers.
- Working with refusals: repeated contacts, generation of alternative offers.
- Support of high conversion at the follow-up stage.
6. Performance of planned indicators - Achieving the monthly plan for the issuance of loans.
- Control of own sales funnel.
- Performance of KPI: productivity, communications, conversion, volume of loans issued.
We expect: - Experience in sales or the financial sector will be an advantage.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Resistance to stress, responsibility, results orientation.
- Basic financial literacy and ability to work with CRM.
