Sales manager in AV metal grup

We are currently looking for a sales manager who knows how to turn contacts into partners. Your main task is active sales and increasing the client base.

Your daily tasks will be:

• active sales of all company services over the phone and in personal meetings (searching and expanding the client base bases);

• negotiations with potential customers, key customers and signing of relevant cooperation agreements;

• control over compliance with payment discipline by all counterparties of this area;

• monitoring of the competitive environment.

What is needed for success:

• successful experience in sales is desirable, also willing to teach;

• have a high level of communication and leadership skills, customer orientation;

• desire to grow and develop in the field sales;

• knowledge of the metal products market will be an advantage.
