We are Flex Partners, a company that provides financial and legal services for foreign and Ukrainian businesses. Our clients have companies in the UAE, USA, Estonia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Ireland and other countries.
In order to have even more clients, we are currently looking for a B2B sales manager who will set up the sales process from scratch, organize CRM so that there is nowhere without it, will always have ideas on where else to find potential clients, and most importantly - transfer them from the status of potential to actual:)
More details about what you will have to do:
Negotiate and conclude mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
Establish and maintain trusting, long-term partnerships.
Communicate with customers offline and online: advise on services, identify needs, conduct calls and meetings, provide support at all stages.
To actively seek and attract new customers, to form a base of potential partners.
Requirements:
2+ years of successful B2B sales.
Strong communication skills: persuasive online/offline meetings and presentations, negotiation skills and effective handling of objections. Experience with CRM systems. High empathy and flexibility in communication. Proactivity, ambition and a clear focus on results. Tactical and strategic thinking. Competent oral and written language. Willingness to travel to business meetings and conferences in Kyiv and Ukraine (the ability to travel abroad will be a plus).
