I am calling you to the outsourcing department, namely to the department of communication with clients, for the position of "Sales Manager".

Regarding duties:

1. Customer Interaction:

- Providing high quality customer service through effective communication via email, phone or various messengers.

2. Gathering requirements:

- Communicating with customers to gather requirements about their needs and wants, and to understand their expectations of the company's products and services.

3. Providing consultations:

- Providing customers with information about the company's products and services, answering their questions and providing consulting services.

4. Customer relationship management:

- Maintaining and maintaining positive relationships with customers, solving their problems and conflicts, identifying new opportunities for cooperation.

Requirements:

- A confident user of MS Office;

- Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade;

- Flexibility, punctuality and responsibility;

- Ability to detect and document errors;

- Proficiency in a foreign language (English, Italian, Polish, Spanish);
