Currently we have an open vacancy: Sales coordination manager, Kyiv

Responsibilities:

• finding new clients and maintaining mutually beneficial relations with existing clients;
• implementation of the sales plan;
• negotiations with clients, preparation of reports based on results;
• quality product presentation and provision of technical consultations;
• concluding contracts and working with documents;
• planning (operational, perspective, ordering products for storage, production process planning);
• collection of applications for cement and control of order fulfillment (communication with the logistics department);
• control of receivables;
• analysis of the market and competitive environment.

Basic requirements:

• work experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• higher education;
• confident PC user (MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);
• knowledge of SAP and weight programs will be an advantage;
• experience working with primary accounting documentation;
• communicability;
• purposefulness;
• ability to work in a team
