Responsibilities:

- Communication with clients in in telephone format,

also via e-mail or online chat;

- Client consultation;

- Also working with a ready-made client base (you are not looking for clients );

- Customer database management and reporting.

Requirements:

- Purposefulness;

- Developed communication skills;

- Language knowledge at B1-C1 level;

- Work in such areas as: IT, marketing is considered an advantage , recruiting agencies, customer support.
