Our company is constantly developing and expanding, so we are actively looking for a SALES MANAGER(territorial distribution: anchoring cities and their regions)

Functionality of the position:

  • Real sales plan

  • Maintaining current customers and increasing sales volumes

  • Active search for new clients in the assigned territory

  • Cold calling to connect new customers

  • Maintenance of documentation - contracts with customers, specifications, commercial offers

  • Compliance Controlstandards of merchandising in retail outlets

  • Working in the 1C program and the CRM system

  • Organization of work processes taking into account the set tasks

  • Cooperation with other divisions (accounting, logistics and marketing department)

  • Active participation in weekly meetings of the department team (discussion of plans and tasks)

  • Weekly business trips to designated areas

What the candidate will get:

  • Guaranteed bet -20,000 UAH.

  • Percentage of sales, which will range from UAH 5,000 to UAH 35,000. The indicator depends on the implementation of the plans and sales turnover

  • Timely payment of wages

  • All necessary tools for work: equipment and necessary materials

  • Fuel compensation and travel allowance

  • Financial and career development

  • Corporate trainings, continuous training and team support

  • Work schedule: MONDAY-FRIDAY, from 09:00 to 18:00 (office in Kyiv, 4 Olena Teliga Street)

  • Friendly and ambitious team

We expect:

  • A responsible and organized approach to work, the ability to manage your time

  • Experience with Excel, CRM ( we teach) and task managers will be an advantage

  • Availability of own car and possibility of business trips

  • I can be at the office in Kyiv, str. Olena Telighy, 4

  • Knowledge of sales tools

  • Skill to negotiate and identify client needs

  • Activity, purposefulness, sociability, as well as the ability to work in a team and negotiate

Increase in SALES volumes due to the conclusion of favorable terms of cooperation with new customers
