• There are currently 20 managers in the sales department and the department is constantly growing.
• Work is conducted only with a warm and hot customer base.
• li>Potential clients go through various warm-up funnels before getting to the manager.
• We work with an average check of UAH 8,000. (minimum product 1000 UAH, maximum 12000 UAH)
• Financial motivation consists of a percentage of sales + a bonus system. The average salary of a sales manager is UAH 20-25 thousand.

Main duties

• work in calls and correspondence with clients.
• work with the CRM system
• filling in reports during the day
• participation in team meetings Zoom calls are mandatory.

Schedule: 5/2 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (floating weekends)
