Sales lead generation Specialist with German in Teleperformance Poland

We are looking for talented individuals for the position of:

Sales Development Specialist with the German language

Hybrid work in 3 cities: Krakow, Warsaw, Poznan.

What you need to know about the offer:

✅ In this role you need to know excellent German and English more or less at the B1/B2 level.

✅ This is a sales role, BUT you don't need experience, as you will call customers who have self-initiated contact about the offer. Your job is to research their needs- you don't do all the selling, you make the lead, and then the customer goes into the care of your experienced colleagues in the Sales Department. So: if you feel you have the salesmanship in you, but are hesitant because you have never done it - apply! We will get to know each other and evaluate your potential!

✅ We offer: an employment contract, a salary range of 8000-12000 PLN gross/month, of which 8000 is a guaranteed salary base, and the rest is your sales bonus.
