We continue to grow rapidly, so we are currently looking for a proactive Lead Generation Manager. This is a great chance to start in IT.

Requirements:

• ready to consider and train beginners from the city of Lutskor with experience of 6 months in a similar position from other cities;
• skills of cold generation of potential customers in the B2B segment;
• analytical thinking and a high level of search skills;
• strong written business communication skills and sales skills;
• competent communication with people in writing format;
• English language at the Intermediate+ level (knowledge of other languages, of course, will be a plus);
• orientation on the result.

Responsibilities:

• creating and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and global reach;
• finding and establishing contact with potential customers;
• first contacts (e-mail, LinkedIn, Facebook, Upwork, etc.);
• analysis of key indicators;
• appointment of meetings for sales managers.
