Our client is a large international pharmaceutical company, a leader in the market of prescription drugs.
Now the company is looking for a new specialist to join its Ukrainian team for the position of Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist.
Main duties:
- Development, coordination and implementation of activities to evaluate and improve the organization's sales performance. Constant interaction with marketing and sales teams to develop strategic plans for business activities with clear priorities to facilitate the successful implementation of new programs to create a highly effective sales team.
- Participate in defining goals and development of KPIs to increase the productivity of the sales team and accelerate revenue growth.
- Optimization and implementation of the SFE methodology in accordance with regional approaches and specific business needs in the local market:
- Segmentation and targeting, distribution of sales team resources (planning of F2F meetings and coverage/frequency of visits and other digital communications).
- Development and stimulation effective sales process and visiting activity of the team, improvement of sales support tools to maximize the effectiveness of the field service.
- Preparation of analytical reports, SFE / Sales / Market Analysis:
- market analysis and assessment, conducting competitive analysis;
- monitoring, analysis and preparation of information on the state of sales in order to facilitate understanding of business performance in various segments of sales channels, and making informed decisions about opportunities to improve sales efficiency;
- constant monitoring of relevant indicators and KPIs of the sales team, in order to track and control progress in comparison with defined goals and indicators;
- optimization of the use of existing data sources, search and assessment of relevance new data sources to meet business needs;
- participation in the development of motivation and incentive systems for the sales team based on defined KPIs.
- Administration and coordination of work in CRM (SalesForce).
- Communication with partners in order to obtain reliable data, as well as conducting training for the field team on their effective use.
- Initiation and active participation in other SFE projects.
Requirements:

- Higher education (technical, economic, marketing).
- 3+ years of work experience in positions with similar tasks.
- Experience in project management.
- English – Intermediate+
- Excellent analytical skills, mathematical mindset to provide commercially oriented recommendations.
- High level of communicationative skills, presentation skills and the ability to logically and convincingly express your opinion.
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerQuery, Power BI and all Microsoft office programs is mandatory, CRM SalesForce/Veeva, SQL is desirable.
