Team Leader / Supervisor of a team ofsales managers (IQOS)

40,000-50,000 UAH (rate + bonuses)

We are looking for an ambitious Team Leader/Supervisor ofsales managers, who wants develop in sales and team management.

This role combines team building and own sales, so it is suitable for people who want to influence their income and grow quickly in their career.

 What you need to do:

• Form a team of sales managers (plan - up to 5 people in the city)
• Conduct interview and train new employees
• Set tasks and monitor team results
• Help the team in working with customers
• Motivate, develop and support the team
• Analyze indicators and report
• Additional:
• work independently with customers and the product
• work with the contact base (calls, messages, meetings)

 What we offer:

• Remote work format
• Flexible schedule (approximately 8 hours/day, not tied to the schedule)

• Fixed payment - 25,000 UAH per construction team
• Additional income from sales (no earnings limit) from UAH 25,000
• Average income: from UAH 50,000 and above
