Required Skills: ● At least 2 years of professional experience working with business projects in a similar position
● Exceptional writing and presentation skills to deliver proposals
● Brilliant relationship builder with effective negotiating skills
● Excellent aptitude for handling negative responses and determination to resolve and find solutions for prospective clients
● Proactive, innovative, and highly organized
● Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices
● Theoretical knowledge of IT and complicated tech products
● Upper-intermediate English is a must, we are happy if you are Advanced or Fluent instead :)
Responsibilities: ● On-boarding of new clients, working with warm leads to convert them to clients
● Support existing clients to make sure their experience is smooth and delightful
● Empathize with clients’ struggles and figure out how we can genuinely assist them
● Fill the CRM/spreadsheets for accurate and up-to-date reporting
● Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product Management departments
● Maintain and benefit from the well-established workflow (prioritization, automation, CRM, smart KPIs)
