Pepsell is an incentive platform that allows manufacturers and distributors to interact with every store selling their products. Through its intuitive app and management dashboard, Pepsell enables businesses to incentivize store staff for every effort they do to increase sales or purchases.
The platform streamlines costs management, efficient reward allocation, and gathers valuable feedback from its users. More than 500 brands are part of our portfolio, including Samsung, Philips, LG, Nestle, Bic, Philip Morris, British American Tobacco, Grohe, and many others. In addition to Ukraine, we also operate in Europe and Central Asia.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
— Managing the sales process from the initial contact till the signing of the contract.
— Developing and executing sales strategies to convert leads into clients.
— Engage with warm and cold audiences through email and LinkedIn outreach
— meetings/demos with potential clients.
— Analyze and process market data to adjust sales strategies.
— Conduct negotiations with clients at various levels.
— Coordinate projects at all stages of launch and support, including gathering client information, negotiating prices, and contract creation/review.
— Maintain records of completed work in the CRM system.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SAAS solutions for enterprise
- Experience in negotiation and deal closing.
- Upper intermediate level of English.
- Experience in lead generation and lead generation tools usage.
