Our client is an Austrian company specializing in the production and sale of high-quality materials for the construction of industrial furnaces, such as: refractory concretes, refractory bricks, hot gas filter elements, furnace linings or ceramic fibers, operating successfully for many years in the world market, including in Poland. Due to changes in the company's structures in Poland, we are looking for a candidate for the position of:

SALES DIRECTOR/ President of the Management Board - Engineer (m/f) German or English

FROM PERSONS INTERESTED IN EMPLOYMENT IN THE ABOVE POSITION WE EXPECT:

• 10 years of professional experience in a managerial position in sales structures in the industry of construction of industrial furnaces or similar,
  
• knowledge of the industry,
  
• higher technical education (Materials Science, Ceramics, Refractory materials, Industrial boilers, Furnaces,…)
  
• competence and effectiveness in sales,
  
• practical knowledge of the principles of running companies,
  
• strong motivation and attitude towards achieving set goals,
  
• creativity and ideas for further running the company and its development,
  
• skills and responsibility in making decisions independently,
  
• very good knowledge of German and/or English in speech and writing,
  
• fluent computer skills (Windows, Office Professional),
  
• leadership skills , negotiations,
• emotional resilience and the will to take over the responsibility of managing a company in Poland.
