• practical knowledge of the principles of running companies,

• skills and responsibility in making decisions independently,
  
• fluent/very good knowledge of English in speech and writing,
  
• fluent computer skills (Windows, Office Professional),
• leadership and negotiation skills, emotional resilience and the will to take over the responsibility of managing a company in Poland.
