As we aim to evolve into an all-in-one solution in the near future, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our outbound and inbound sales teams. This role will be crucial in driving our growth and innovation as we continue to expand and refine our offerings.Responsibilities:
— Create and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals (outbound and inbound sales).
— Manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs.
— Mentor and develop your team, encouraging continuous improvement.
— Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive sales and identify growth opportunities.
— Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics, providing insights for product development and sales strategies.
— Implement sales processes, tools, and metrics to track and evaluate team performance.
— Streamline the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness; implement sales automation tools and technologies as needed.
— Accurately forecast sales revenue and report on sales progress.
Requirements:
— 4+ years in sales, with at least 1 year in a senior role (Sales Team Lead, Sales Director) in a B2B SaaS company.
— Proven experience in building and managing sales processes from scratch.
— Strong experience with LinkedIn automation tools and cold email tools.
— Expertise in conducting product demos within SaaS companies.
— Excellent leadership and team management skills.
— Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
— Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
— Advanced English Level
