Our expectations:

We are actively looking for a dealmaker who will help us achieve our sales goals:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify buyer persona profiles and reach the buyer persona through any effective tool.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
  • Managing lead generation process and set-up tasks on the leadgen team.
  • Up-sell when appropriate.
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.

We highly value:

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Sales Director or in a similar role.
  • Proven record of successful deals closed.
  • Experience in selling enterprise B2B solutions (technology, with high implementation costs) that require interaction with multiple stakeholders on the client side.
  • English level: advanced.
  • A background in product management, digital marketing, and technology entrepreneurship is a plus.
  • Experience with Programmatic platforms is desirable, but we are also interested in experience in MarTech, FinTech, or other complex SaaS solutions.
  • Ability and willingness to build and lead your own sales team in the future.
