We are currently looking for a "Sales Director" for an IT company that provides PBX (virtual automatic telephone exchange) connection, configuration and maintenance services, also provides technical support services for client software, provides cloud contact center services and supplies of electronic and telecommunication equipment, deals with the equipment of parts for it to enterprises and organizations of Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Poland.

Super- if you are a Director with 3 years of work experience, a systematic person who knows the principles of management, you have a high level of knowledge and skills in the field of sales. To a like-minded colleague who wants to sell the best product: make cool sales and contribute to the development of the department!

What will you do:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure the achievement of set goals;
• Manage and train sales teams, create a motivating work environment;
• Organize and configure all communication processes of the sales department and other departments;
• Motivate employees to achieve goals.

• Negotiate with key customers, conclude agreements and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Analyze the market and competitors, develop strategic recommendations to increase the company's competitiveness;
• Control all necessary reports on work done and defend them to management.
