We are looking for a LinkedIn Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist who will be responsible for prospecting and initial contact with potential customers and partners in the English and German speaking markets. The role does not involve closing deals - all communications take place according to ready-made scripts and templates with subsequent transfer of qualified leads to the sales team.
Requirements:
German language level B1–B2 (sufficient to work with scripts)
English language level B1–B2
Experience in B2B Lead Generation or LinkedIn Outreach
Sending contact requests and follow-up messages
Primary qualification of leads (position, company, interest)
Transfer of interested contacts to the sales team
Keeping records of leads (CRM / Google Sheets)
Weekly reporting on results
Experience and skills desired:
1-3 years of experience in:
LinkedIn Lead Generation
Appointment Setting
B2B Outreach
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Understanding funnel logic of sales
Basic understanding of digital services (SEO, web-development, marketing)
It will be an advantage:
Experience of working with agencies (SEO / Web / IT)
Experience of finding partners (web studios, branding agencies)
Experience of working with CRM systems
Understanding the specifics of the German B2B market
Ability to work in a remote format and independently organize your time
