Sales Development Representative is an employee who handles potential leads (both inbound and cold). This is the first person in the company with whom the client communicates after leaving a request on the website, by mail, or by dialing the company's work phone.

The main value of an SDR is to conduct a preliminary consultation, identify a key need, arrange a meeting and pass the ice further down the sales funnel to the BDM.

Professional and personal competencies:

-Experience in the position of SDR/Sales Manager from 2 years;
-Skills of active listening and establishing contact with the interlocutor;
-Negotiating skills and handling objections;
-Attention to details - remember and record information;
-Ability to switch between tasks;
-English language at the intermediate level;

Personal qualities:

— Purposefulness (to develop in this field, to be motivated by one's own results).
—Empathy (being able to listen and understand what the interlocutor feels in a certain situation, his mood).
— Flexibility and adaptability (pick up new hypotheses and approaches, learn new things).
- Organization (ability to manage time and planning).

Nice to have:

-Working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Snov.io, Reply.io, Lemlist (tools for finding contacts and cold-outreach ).

Main tasks:

- Qualification of incoming leads that come from different channels (requests from forms on the website, incoming emails and calls);
— Work with the customer base in CRM:
— Appointment of meetings with potential customers (processing contacts of companies of interest to us).
— Searching for missing contacts and enriching existing customer cards in CRM.
—Maintaining the relevance of the company's customer base;
— Communication with potential customers with the help of cold-outreach companies;
— Carrying outdetailed negotiations with clients (sales pitch);
—Processing of objections, assistance with problems and questions that the client may have during the first communication;
—Reporting of work done.

Working conditions:
