Job Summary
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation, communication, and sales efforts. The role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales calls, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the development of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Campaigns : Manage lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn and Upwork platforms (40% LinkedIn, 60% Upwork).
- Campaign Setup and Management : Set up campaigns on outreach platforms and ensure deliverability.
- Client Communication : Engage effectively with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Sales Process Management : Handle the sales process, address needs and objections, and present solutions to potential clients.
- Sales Funnel Management : Track and manage leads through various stages of the customer prospecting process to maximize conversion.
- Business Correspondence : Conduct business correspondence and maintain professional communication.
- Data Management : Monitor, record, and generate reports for all active clients, including maintaining data and statistics in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Experience :
- Minimum 1 year of inside sales and lead generation experience.
- Proven experience in selling to European, Asian, and Arabic markets.
- Communication Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written English skills (upper-intermediate level or higher).
- Ability to communicate effectively with Founders, Owners, CEOs, and CTOs.
- Market Analysis :
- Ability to analyze market potential and trends to identify areas where our solutions could be beneficial.
- LinkedIn and Upwork Proficiency :
- Must have an active LinkedIn account with 1000+ followers and successful experience leading corporate Upwork accounts.
- Lead Generation Tools :
- Experience with tools such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Lemlist, Crunchbase, and email.
- Willingness to explore and adopt new lead generation tools.
- Analytical Skills :
- Ability to analyze lead qualifications and determine the potential for conversion.
- Results-Driven :
- Passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong desire to grow and excel in the role.
