Requirements:
- Proven commercial experience of 1 year or more as an SDR or in a similar position in outsourcing, outstaffing, recruiting company.
- English at a professional level from B1+
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.< /li>
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Strive for personal and team success.
- Knowledge of online advertising and marketing products a must mandatory.
Duties:
- Response to incoming requests in the chat on the website, e-mail, telephony, messenger for their further qualification and conversion into a deal.
- Create and update the status of the deal in the CRM system (we use Pipedrive).
- Customer management : working with needs and requests, managing objections, preparing follow-up actions.
- Identifying new prospects and opportunities to increase the average check.
- Organizing calls between customers and the sales or product department.

- Preparation with the product team of all necessary materials and resources for the sales department.
- Interaction with the PR team to increase the level of validity of the leads.
- Execution of plans and KPIs.
Working conditions:
- Contractual rate + % of sales;
