We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who will drive our sales pipeline by generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and working closely with our marketing and engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
About you:
- Strong understanding of sales processes, business development, and marketing principles. Familiarity with the IT outsourcing is a must have.
- At least 2 year in a similar SDR role
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to draw insights from data, understand cause-and-effect relationships, and optimize outreach strategies accordingly.
- Self-Motivated: Driven by results with a proactive approach to achieving targets. You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Your key responsibilities:
- Campaigns setup: Identify potential clients and conduct in-depth research to understand their needs and business requirements. Collaborate with our dynamic sales and marketing team to develop and implement innovative strategies and campaigns.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels, including email, LinkedIn, and cold calls. You’ll engage with a targeted audience to drive meaningful conversations and appointments.
- Leads Communication: Engage clients through various channels using persuasive and effective communication to establish strong partnerships. Utilize your exceptional sales skills to convert potential leads into loyal customers.
- Leads Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their needs and pain points. Guide leads through the sales funnel, providing valuable information and closing deals.
- Calls Handling: Handle calls efficiently to nurture relationships with leads and clients. Identify new opportunities to expand our customer base and convert leads into loyal customers.
Will be a plus:
- Account management experience;
- Experience in preparing for and attending business development conferences, as well as organizing roadshows;
- Experience in implementing AI tools and strategies to enhance outbound campaigns.
