We are going to open a Hub in Ukraine, so we are looking for cool sales talents here

Your tasks:

• Proactively identify and engage potential customers interested in Microsoft services through cold calling, emails, and networking events.
• Arrange appointments for account executives and pre-qualify leads based on their interest in Microsoft solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our Microsoft-centric offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns for Microsoft solution enthusiasts.

Your profile:

2-3 years of experience as an SDR , preferably in IT or Microsoft-related services/products
• Familiar with Apollo.io and HubSpot, Microsoft ecosystem
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT or related field.

Additional Skills (Advantageous):

• Experience conducting initial pitches for Microsoft products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft-related lead generation tools.
• Certifications or courses on Microsoft products.

Your soft skills:

• Exceptional oral and written communication + Upper-intermediate English
• Resilience and passion for outreach.
• Strong teamwork skills.

Salary system:

• Base salary (up to $1500)
• KPI
• Performance bonus
• MVP bonus — Most Valuable Professional — over-over performing bonus
